What is a indoor playground?

Indoor playgrounds are opened all year round when it is too hot, cold, wet, dark, and if safety is a concern. No cars or suspicious behavior to worry about! We combine a area for kids with food, drinks, and free wifi for their caregivers.

Time Slots and Cost

The time slots are up to 2 hours. As it is hard to keep track of shorter times this is our only offer. You can however book two time slots for extra play time. Children 7 months and above are $15.50 + GST, beginning at 7months to years old. Children under 7 months are free WITH a paid sibling and 1 parent. Adults are $5.50 + GST. We have plenty for very young babies to do, even if they’re not yet crawling. Statutory holiday pricing may apply.

Do I need a reservation?

We highly encourage everyone to reserve their 2-hour OPEN PLAY session to guarantee their spot. We have a limited capacity to provide an optimal play experience without being over-crowded. Open play slots online booking closes 12 hours prior. You can WhatsApp us to book if slots are not showing and reserve on the phone as well.

My child has food allergies/sensitivies. What will you have for us?

We provide Allergy Friendly snack options to choose from. We have NO PEANUTS in the venue however we can not guarantee snacks and drinks are made in a PEANUT-FREE facility. Please check the labels. Our venue is also pet-positive meaning the staff has pets at home and may bring in pet hair.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, debit, and electronic transferred funds to cheerfulchatterplaycafe@gmail.com . Sorry, no credit cards at the moment. We do not accept personal checks. Thank you for understanding

What is your play area like?

Our play area specializes in imaginative play with high-quality, fun toys, and creative activities for your child. Our cozy space allows for a truly unique play experience for the little ones and a enjoyable experience for parents. Take advantage of our intimate setting and enjoy coffee/tea/carbonated drinks, spend time with a friend, or meet some new ones!

I have older children, can they come too?

Of course we have board games and free wifi! We welcome children outside of our play area age group for $10.50 +GST. While not permitted to use any of our play equipment themselves (no exceptions) they can help a younger friend/sibling play. If they use or abuse the play equipment, however, we will ask them to exit the play area and instead sit in the lounge.

Can I go in with shoes?

Our play area is SOCKS ONLY for everyone. No shoes, no bare feet! (Health Code). This allows our little crawlers to explore freely & for our group activities. But don't worry if you forget, we have non-slip socks for $2.95+ tax. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a wheeled device, we will clean your wheels before entering the play area.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

There is no outside food and drinks allowed. Please support a small business! We have a huge variety of unique snacks such as Hello Panda, Pocky, Lotus cookies, to your simple fruit bars/cups and protein bars for adults. Hot foods: Korean Ramyeon, air-fried spring rolls, air-fried mozza sticks, and tteokbokki. Availability of hot foods may vary. Please call ahead to verify.

For drinks to cater to adults: Americano, Korean style coffee (this is a must try), tea, Celsius, Red Bull, and San Pellegrino. For children we have juice boxes, pop, hot chocolate, and herbal tea.
